Cascade sponsors several employee appreciation events each year, allowing our employees to celebrate their successes with people from both their personal and professional life.

Embracing Diversity
It is our differences that bring us together at Cascade. With employees originating from all corners of the globe; diversity a hallmark of our success.  We are a company with approximately 90 employees but there are 7 different languages spoken.  As a result, we've sponsored English as a Second Language (ESL) classes on site for those employees interested in improving their English skills at work or in the community and we also employ translation services to help ensure the best communications among all employees.
