Residential Electronics Recycling

Cascade is accepting drop-offs of household electronic waste for recycling at our Madison processing facility this spring and summer starting on March 15, 2021.


Starting Monday, March 15th, Cascade will be accepting drop-offs of residential electronics at our facility at 6701 Manufacturers Drive, Madison, WI 53704. We're on the northeast side of Madison near the airport and interstate 90-94.

Hours of operation: Monday - Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

    Please do not drop-off equipment before March 15th. We are unable to accept drop-offs from the public until March 15, 2021.

Due to COVID-19, we are offering contact-free drop-offs. Just drive up, open your trunk or car door, and Cascade staff wearing masks and gloves will unload your electronics or you can place your devices in our carts.

 

Affordable Recycling Rates

Take advantage of these low recycling costs made possible by Cascade's participation in the E-Cycle Wisconsin program. There's a charge for TVs and CRT monitors. Other electronics accepted at no charge.

Flat screen TV recycling - Wisconsin households

$5.00 each

What's accepted

CRT TVs and Monitors - $10.00 ea: Includes any size CRT (glass tube) television or monitor. Pay at the drop-off using a credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or cash (exact change).

Flat Panel TVs - $5.00 ea: Includes any size LCD, LED, or plasma TV. Pay at the drop-off using a credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or cash (exact change).

Computer equipment - no charge: LCD monitors, computers, laptops, printers, keyboards, mice, scanners, cables, cords, peripherals, and hard drives (for data destruction)

Other electronics - no charge: VCRs, DVD players, speakers, gaming systems, tablets, cell phones, and fax machines

 

Items not accepted:

Household appliances, humidifiers, loose batteries, microwaves, copiers, light bulbs, ballasts, smoke detectors, medical devices, trash.

We're located on the northeast side of the Madison airport, by Hwy 51 south of I-90/94.

 

If you are with a business or organization, please contact us ahead of time to process your electronics. Due to COVID-19, we are not accepting deliveries from businesses or organizations without an appointment. Cascade also offers pickup services. Learn more about our service options here.
