We know how concerned you are about your data. We are, too. It's our reputation and business on the line if we cause a data leak. To prevent such an incident, our trained technicians start by physically inspecting your equipment to ensure the detection of all data storage components. The next step is to electronically wipe all your confidential data. If the equipment does not allow for an electronic wipe to be performed with 100% assurance, we physically destroy your equipment with our in-house shear shredder. Our standard process is to clear media storage devices consistent with the NIST 800-88 Guidelines for Media Sanitization (a one-pass overwrite and verfication). Cascade provides accurate and reassuring reporting on all data
With superior reporting capabilities, our methods give reassurance that the removal of your raw data has been successfully completed and is independently certified to international data wiping standards by firms such as Infosec.  Once media is wiped electronically, the information is sent directly to our inventory management system and then reported back to you through our detailed disposition and reporting services. Optional hard drive serial number reporting provides further evidence of destruction.
