Cascade collected data for its 2016 IT Asset Disposition report using an online survey of its active institutional customers. The survey was distributed to the primary ITAD decision maker from any client who did work for Cascade between January and November 2015. The survey was administered through email via SurveyMonkey. It included 34 total questions and took about 15-20 minutes to complete. Targeted respondents were given three reminders to complete the survey. As an incentive and thank you for completing the survey, respondents could choose to receive a small gift (chocolates) from Cascade or Cascade would donate $20 to a food pantry. In the end, a total of 41 individuals completed the survey (16.1% of those asked to participate).
